Chattel slavery is the ownership of a another person.  The practice was outlawed in the United States well over 100 years ago.  Since corporations are now people, and ownership of people is illegal, then ownership of a corporation must also be illegal now.  Legally the case is sound to sue and prosecute all stock holders and all owners of private corporations.

Now if you think such an action might cause businesses to flee the US, think about this... taking a chattel slave across a border is another felony called human trafficing.

Therefore, if such a suit were filed, the Supreme Court of the United States would have no remedy except to reverse their Citizens United decision and declare that corporations are not humans which then strips corporations to their right to free speech and freedom of religion, but most of all, would strip them of the ability to donate unlimited amounts of money to politicians.  They would then be re-bound by the previous laws regarding election finance.
